Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance that supports a positive people culture, employee engagement, and a strong employee experience, while triaging concerns to appropriate HR partners. Partner with leaders to build and scale high-performing teams, strengthen work relationships, and drive employee engagement and retention. Coach leaders on employee and labor relations matters, including corrective action documentation and performance management. Provide guidance on employment regulations, labor relations practices, and organizational policies, supporting leaders and employees across the organization. Conduct objective workplace investigations related to employee and labor relations and collaborate with external agencies as needed. Utilize HRIS systems to support leaders with reporting, metrics, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Manage unemployment claims and represent the organization in unemployment hearings. Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays and Tuesdays Qualifications
An associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or Business Operations, is required. PHR/SHRM-CP Certification, preferred. Familiar with FMLA, ADA, PDA (Pregnancy Discrimination Act), OSHA, HIPAA, and other government regulations. Experience responding to and representing the organization in all phases of the Unemployment process.
