Review and resolve loan closing issues

Analyze variable factors and contribute to planning and deliverables

Collaborate with internal stakeholders while ensuring policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance

Manage peak funding and closing periods with strong multitasking skills

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of loan closing processes, documentation, and compliance

High accuracy and attention to detail

Hands-on experience with nCino/CoMET, and LoanIQ (must-have skills)

Additional Skills

Ability to manage multiple closings during peak periods

Experience working in high-volume loan closing environments

Pay Range $40 - $42

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
