Job Description In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
Required Qualifications
4 plus years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Note
Familiarity with loan booking and funding under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, mathematical skills, sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and attention to detail required.
Ability to work at least 8 hours/day, 4 days/week in-office uptown is mandatory.
Preferred skills include LIQ and nCino experience.
Clear communication skills and ability to prioritize strongly preferred.
Pay Range: $35- $40 on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
