What You’ll Be Doing
Support the execution of live marketing campaigns through direct customer and client interaction Apply competitive focus and energy to campaign performance and daily objectives Communicate campaign messaging clearly in face-to-face environments Work as part of a team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement Assist with campaign setup, promotional materials, and on-site coordination Share feedback and insights to continuously improve campaign results What We’re Looking For
Must be 18+ and able to commute to Dayton, OH Competitive mindset with a strong interest in sports or athletic environments Confident communicator who enjoys working with people Team-oriented, coachable, and performance-driven Reliable and able to start within 2–4 weeks What We Offer
