Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager (Contract)
— We’re seeking a Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead influencer and celebrity partnerships that drive brand and content awareness across social platforms. This role owns the full campaign lifecycle—from creative strategy and partner selection through execution, reporting, and optimization.
This is a 6-month contract role with potential to convert/extend.
What You’ll Do
Lead influencer and talent partnerships for brand and content campaigns
Manage campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and performance reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with social, marketing, creative, PR, media, events, and legal teams
Manage agency and external partner relationships
Support influencer- and talent-driven events, including premieres, launches, screenings, and live or experiential activations
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or entertainment-focused social campaigns
Experience supporting live events, premieres, launches, or experiential activations tied to influencer or talent programs
Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and digital storytelling
Bachelor’s degree required

$60/hr (w2, eligible for benefits)
