We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead influencer and celebrity campaigns that drive brand and content awareness, social engagement, and reach for a global entertainment brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, talent relations, and data-driven social performance. 6+ months, potential for extension & conversion ONSITE in Burbank, full time hours $45 - 57 per hour range Responsibilities

Manage influencer and celebrity campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and creative ideation through booking, execution, and reporting Lead creative briefing, platform and paid boosting strategy, partner criteria and selection, contract negotiations, asset review, stakeholder feedback, content rollout, and post-campaign analysis Execute social-first campaigns that align with entertainment brand priorities, audience behaviors, and platform best practices Serve as a primary liaison for select talent, influencers, and their representatives (agents, managers, publicists) Oversee external agency partners to ensure high-quality creative execution and campaign performance Support influencer- and talent-led events including premieres, screenings, launch events, press junkets, and set visits Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Marketing Strategy, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, and Legal teams Develop clear, compelling presentations and updates to communicate campaign status, performance, and insights Analyze social performance and KPIs, producing postmortem reports and leveraging data to optimize future campaigns Contribute proactive ideas to improve team processes, efficiency, and partnership impact Required Qualifications

3+ years of entertainment industry experience across influencer marketing, social creative strategy, and social analytics Proven experience managing the full campaign lifecycle: strategy/creative ideation ? procurement/booking ? reporting/analytics Hands-on experience with social asset production, social shoots, branded partnerships, and events Deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platform best practices, and audience behavior Strong analytical skills with a track record of measuring KPIs against broader business objectives Excellent judgment, partner management, and negotiation skills when working with talent and influencers Strong organization, time management, and written/verbal communication skills Ability to seamlessly switch between creative execution and analytical/strategic work High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Passion for TV, film, and the evolving entertainment landscape Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Airtable, and influencer/social tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Traackr Education
