
Overview
Immediate Start! Document Management Project. This project (starting ASAP) is expected to last 9 months. The rate is $16 hourly. The schedule is Monday–Friday with two shifts available. First shift is from 7:00am - 3:00pm and second shift is from 3:00pm - 11:00pm. The position requires someone who can maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-moving environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can work effectively as a Document Imaging Specialist to assist with a high-volume document scanning project. This role involves preparing legal and administrative documents for scanning by removing staples and fasteners, sorting pages, and organizing files. Key Responsibilities
Review job tickets to capture project information and determine the best output method. Set up and operate scanners to complete client projects. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Meet production deadlines and complete tasks within allocated time standards. Track job totals accurately to support correct billing. Perform quality control throughout each project and correct errors as needed. Communicate questions or issues to the team leader for proper handling. Maintain confidentiality of all client materials. Qualifications
Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail. Ability to operate desktop computers, scanners, copiers, and printers. Ability to work independently after training. Basic math and computer knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products preferred. High school diploma required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed. Additional Information
