
Senior Digital Designer (Fully Remote)-Web/Brand
The Role Ready to flex your creative muscles on big, meaningful work? We’re seeking a Senior Digital Designer to lead the design and development of standout websites and digital experiences for exciting clients across biotech, sports, health & wellness, and tech sectors. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and fellow creatives to build responsive, user-friendly sites that tell powerful stories and drive engagement.
This role is
fully remote
and open to candidates nationwide, with preference for those based in Orlando.

Colossal (viral biotech company reviving the mammoth)
Hydrant (health & wellness brand)
Additional clients in tech, health/wellness, and consumer brands
$90-$110K (DOE)
What You’ll Do
Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery, collaborating across creative teams and with developers
Develop and execute brand identity systems that extend across digital, web, print, packaging, and environmental touchpoints
Design responsive, accessible websites and digital experiences grounded in UX/UI best practices
Bring deep expertise and strategic thinking to maintain high creative standards on client and internal projects
Present your work clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, supportive studio culture
Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Occasionally travel for client or team events (as needed)
What You Bring
5+ years experience designing brand systems with a strong focus on digital, web, and responsive design
Expertise in UX/UI principles and translating brand strategy into compelling online experiences
Strong leadership skills with experience guiding projects and teams to creative excellence
Proficiency in Figma is required , along with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design/prototyping tools and developer collaboration
Bonus points for skills in illustration, animation, photography, or video
Excellent organization and time management, able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Confident presenter with clear communication skills
