We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to craft standout design for exciting, high-growth clients—especially in biotech, consumer, and wellness. You’ll work across brand identity, print, and digital experiences, collaborating closely with a talented creative team that values strong ideas, strategic thinking, and high-quality execution. If you’re passionate about beautiful brand systems and can confidently juggle multiple projects, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate with creative teams across the full project lifecycle, from concept through brand guideline handoff Develop comprehensive brand identity systems and execute across digital, print, packaging, and environmental touchpoints Apply strong design judgment, competitive insights, and user experience thinking to maintain top-tier creative standards Present work confidently to clients, clearly articulating design rationale and responding to feedback Provide constructive feedback to junior designers while taking direction from design and creative leadership Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities may shift week to week Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing brand systems across digital and physical platforms Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines Clear, confident communication skills when presenting work internally and externally Ability to engage with high-level brand strategy and translate it into impactful visual design Illustration, motion design, photo editing, or video experience is a plus, but not required
