— Help hundreds of automotive repair shops succeed with Tekmetric through digital touchpoints, targeted outreach, and scalable programs that deliver measurable business results.
Director, Customer Support
— Own the Customer Support function end-to-end, defining long-term strategy, leading leaders, and partnering cross-functionally to drive satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.
Director, Inbound Marketing
— Own the full digital acquisition motion across paid media, organic search, AI-driven search visibility, and website as a primary revenue engine to scale inbound pipeline and revenue growth.
