Policy transaction processing and updating underwriting notes Create and send producer correspondence letters Non-renewal processing Alarm Credits, VAC Appraisals, and Wind Mitigation Forms Meet all established productivity, service and accuracy goals Accurately maintain company records Recognize trends and make recommendations; assist with improving workflows Develop positive relationships with operations staff, agents, underwriting and personal risk business partners Additional job responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager About Us
