Regional Property Manager
to lead and elevate a multifamily portfolio in the greater Orlando market. As a Regional Property Manager, you’ll provide strategic oversight and day-to-day support to Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio. Leadership & Team Development
Train, coach, and mentor Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors in all aspects of hiring, performance management, employee development, and accountability Conduct performance evaluations and recommend compensation adjustments in partnership with Human Resources and senior leadership Support site teams with staffing challenges, employee relations matters, and operational problem-solving Operations & Resident Experience
Provide guidance on resident-related issues including lease breaks, legal concerns, maintenance challenges, and escalated complaints Ensure resident requests are handled promptly and in accordance with company policies Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and risk management across all communities Financial Oversight & Performance
Review, adjust, and approve annual property budgets; present recommendations to senior management Analyze monthly income statements, expense distributions, and budget variances Monitor cash management, including timely collection and deposit of all property funds Review and approve petty cash usage and expenses Continually identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce operational costs Maintenance, Capital & Asset Management
Oversee preventative maintenance programs, work orders, unit renovations, inventories, and purchasing through regular inspections Review maintenance operations with a focus on efficiency and cost control Recommend capital improvements and present proposals to ownership Ensure contracted work is properly monitored and inspected before, during, and after completion Marketing & Market Awareness
Partner with Property Managers to drive marketing initiatives, leasing performance, and traffic generation Maintain strong awareness of competitive communities and local market trends What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience
in a Regional Property Manager role overseeing Property Managers Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Proven budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
or
7–10 years of related experience (or equivalent combination) Property Manager and/or Real Estate License as required by state and local regulations Professional designations such as
ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP
