Handle post-invoice check-ins to resolve issues swiftly and improve service.
Proactively engage with declining accounts to diagnose spending drops and initiate next steps to win back loyalty (e.g., scheduling appointments or requesting quotes).
Maintain detailed records in the CRM, track outcomes, and produce insights on customer challenges and opportunities.
Escalate issues to branch leadership when needed and set appointments for outside representatives, contributing to a high-performance culture.
What You Need To Be Successful
A strong phone presence and professionalism to navigate positive and challenging conversations.
Strong organizational skills and persistence to follow through on a structured outreach cadence without constant supervision.
Good judgment for effective escalation of customer issues and the ability to remain calm under pressure to maintain positive relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, for tracking interactions and managing customer information.
