About The Department The goal of the ETF Distribution group is to serve wealth managers in a variety of ways across an entire portfolio – helping to keep their clients invested no matter what the markets bring. Our ETF industry veterans have built an in-house platform with AUM totaling over $45 billion in the US featuring 80+ ETFs spanning all asset classes and management styles.

How You Will Add Value

You will manage the Midwest territory to generate ETF sales through key wealth management relationships and partner with other distribution teams within Franklin Templeton to develop and generate business

You will maintain a high level of ETF and industry knowledge, with the ability to deliver presentations to a broad array of audiences

You will update activity in CRM and work with sales management on territory objectives

Experience, Education & Certifications What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

10+ years’ industry experience in ETF Sales covering the Midwest region

In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investments

FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required

Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics internally and externally

Knowledge of relevant tools helpful (e.g. Morningstar, Bloomberg)

Must be self-motivated, organized, and have exceptional time management skills

Must be comfortable with extensive travel (> 50%)

Relevant BA/BS degree required

Preferred Work location Chicago, IL.
