Commercial Sales Assistant for D-A-CH Region
Join our team as the Commercial Sales Assistant for DACH region in our headquarters in Waalwijk, the Netherlands! To expand our team, we are looking for a Commercial Sales Assistant for our office in Waalwijk. In this position, you will support our commercial activities for the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and act as an important link between our customers and the internal organisation. You will work in a dynamic environment where customer focus, cooperation and accuracy are key. Do you have a good command of German and feel at home in a commercial office position? As an Commercial Sales Assistant, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be responsible for supporting and guiding customers throughout the entire commercial process. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure that requests, quotations and orders are handled correctly and in a timely manner. You will work closely with colleagues in planning, purchasing and logistics and maintain close contact with the German sales team in the preparation and execution of projects. With your overview and communication skills, you will contribute to a smooth order process and high customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include: Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the D-A-CH region, both by telephone and in writing; Processing and monitoring customer orders in the ERP system in collaboration with internal departments; Supporting the German sales team in commercial processes and projects; Ensuring the correct handling and resolution of complaints, with an eye for both customer interests and internal processes; Actively communicating about the progress of orders and agreements. What do we expect from you?
An independent, flexible and proactive work attitude; Good command of the German language; command of the English language is an advantage; Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders; Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work together on common goals; Ability to quickly identify customer needs and effectively translate these internally; Experience with MS Office; Technical insight and experience in a production environment are an advantage.
