
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow my clients standing seam roofing solutions business in Germany. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical understanding of metal roofing systems and a proven track record in B2B sales within the construction or building materials sector.
You’ll be responsible for developing key accounts, driving new business, and positioning our standing seam solutions as the preferred choice for architects, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share for standing seam roofing solutions in Germany
Manage and expand relationships with contractors, installers, distributors, architects, and specifiers
Identify and convert new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential projects
Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle, from specification to installation
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and project teams to support bids and tenders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Forecast sales performance and report regularly on pipeline and results
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales within standing seam roofing systems or metal roofing solutions
Strong network within the German construction, roofing, or building envelope market
Solid technical understanding of standing seam systems, accessories, and installation methods
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently
