Account Coordinator
to support B2B sales professionals by managing and expediting complex orders, contracts, and quality control activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring order accuracy, commission eligibility, and smooth execution throughout the end-to-end sales and ordering process.

Key Responsibilities
Support B2B sales professionals with inbound requests related to complex orders
Configure, process, and ratify orders for completeness, accuracy, and commission eligibility
Provide pre- and post-sale monitoring, escalation, and resolution support
Serve as a subject matter expert on the end-to-end sales and ordering process
Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve defective or incomplete opportunities
Maintain detailed documentation and case notes within CRM systems
Meet quality, productivity, and availability metrics
Call Volume & Work Environment
Inbound calls only, primarily from internal sales professional
Majority of work is case-based and system-driven
Daily interaction, coaching, and feedback from supervisors
Support a large enterprise sales organization
Qualifications
Experience in
B2B sales support, account coordination, sales operations, or order management
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
Experience with
Salesforce or similar CRM systems
preferred
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Ability to work onsite in Ballwin, MO #INDCEN
