Enterprise Account Coordinator , you’ll be the critical partner supporting high-value B2B sales opportunities—ensuring complex orders are accurate, compliant, and ready to move from sale to service without delay.

This role is ideal for someone who loves

problem-solving, partnering with sales teams, and bringing order to complexity —without a heavy call-center environment.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to support partner for enterprise B2B sales professionals

Build, review, and ratify complex orders to ensure accuracy and commission eligibility

Monitor deals pre- and post-sale, escalating and resolving issues before they become roadblocks

Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise sales and ordering processes

Partner cross-functionally to fix defective opportunities and keep deals moving

Track and document cases within CRM systems while meeting quality and productivity metrics

Ideal Experience

Experience supporting

enterprise or B2B sales teams

(sales support, account coordination, or sales operations)

Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders

Sharp attention to detail and confidence managing complex processes

Experience with

Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

preferred

Ability to work onsite in

Charlotte, NC
