The Role We're looking for hungry, high-energy SDRs to be the tip of the spear for our sales team. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from Varos — researching accounts, crafting outreach, booking meetings, and setting our Strategic Accounts team up for success.

What You’ll Do

Generate pipeline: Identify, research, and reach out to target accounts through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Book qualified meetings: Get the right people on the calendar for our Strategic Accounts team.

Nail the first impression: Speak credibly about Varos and understand enough about the prospect's business to earn the meeting.

Iterate fast: Test messaging, learn what works, and constantly improve your approach.

Hit your numbers: Own your activity and pipeline targets — no excuses.

You

3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-performance environment (startups, consulting, sports, military, etc.).

High energy and relentless work ethic — you don't stop until it's done.

Sharp business IQ — you can hold your own in conversations with senior buyers.

Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and in writing.

Competitive and coachable — you want to win and you're hungry to learn.

Based in NYC (required—our clients are here).
