What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive the document intake process, reviewing materials for validity and analyzing immigration status with precision
Draft case documents, statutory forms, and templated support letters for various NIV petitions
Identify and elevate issues to attorneys or senior case managers before they become roadblocks
Monitor case activity daily using the employer's online case-tracking platform
Communicate directly with clients and foreign nationals to keep cases moving and expectations aligned
What is Required (Qualifications):
1–2 years of full-time experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal handling employment-based petitions
A bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
Proven experience independently managing NIV cases (H1B, L1, TN, O1, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable accuracy
Strong tech fluency and the ability to adapt quickly to the employer’s case-processing software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience drafting green card filings (I140, AOS) and full-cycle PERM applications
Comfort managing a high volume of active and inactive cases simultaneously
Experience communicating directly with HR teams and foreign nationals on key accounts
A process-driven mindset with the flexibility to embrace innovation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word
