single-family and small multi-family residential rentals . We provide full-service management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance. Our mission is to protect property investments while scaling efficiently, with a goal of reaching
1,000 properties under management . We value professionalism, accountability, and strong relationships with both owners and residents. Responsibilities
Manage single-family and small multi-family properties
from A–Z Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, with a strong focus on owner satisfaction and retention Perform in-field work 1–2 days per week , including: property inspections, owner meetings, vendor meetings, tenant escalation meetings Oversee daily property operations:
maintenance coordination, lease enforcement and compliance, tenant communication and issue resolution, and compliance with state and local regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with
Maintenance, Leasing, and Accounting
teams Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to protect asset value Requirements
3+ years of experience managing single-family and multi-family properties Experience working with both mom-and-pop owners and investors. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Comfortable working independently in a hybrid / mostly remote environment Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively What We’re Looking For
