Requirement:
On‑site presence, five days a week
S&P Global Mobility is seeking a highly experienced and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive senior leadership team.
The Team:
A close‑knit, collaborative team that values positivity, drive, and a sense of humor.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders across multiple time zones.
Coordinate end‑to‑end domestic and international travel arrangements.
Schedule and facilitate global town halls, board‑level sessions, and confidential engagements.
Oversee meeting logistics—venue bookings, catering, A/V setup, and technology requirements.
Draft agendas, prepare briefing materials, capture meeting minutes, and create polished PowerPoint presentations.
Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and resolve challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
Support other critical projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
Basic Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience supporting C‑Suite or equivalent in a publicly traded global organization.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to represent senior leadership professionally.
Strong command of virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
Highly technically savvy, able to quickly master new tools and systems.
Proven track record of handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, including 5+ years supporting C‑Suite.
Experience working within a large, complex global organization, ideally in mobility, technology, or automotive sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with enterprise‑level systems.
Demonstrated ability to navigate executive‑level demands in high‑stakes, fast‑paced environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to supporting senior leadership.
