What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Educate customers on the products and services offered by the employer, including inventory financing and ancillary products

Develop and implement a sales plan within a defined territory to achieve performance targets

Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to establish new customer relationships

Manage customer experience and engagement throughout the dealer lifecycleCollaborate with auction general managers to enhance business opportunities at assigned auctions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience

Valid driver’s license required; safe driving record

Strong motivation and self‑starting capabilities

Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, results‑driven work environment

Proficiency in learning company operating systems and Microsoft SalesForce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

5 years of experience in outside sales and portfolio management

3+ years of experience in the finance or auto industry

Sales management skills for lead development and portfolio growth

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

Experience working in fast‑paced environments
