
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, elevate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. Print shop experience preferred. Applicant must have experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to create a pleasant and positive environment for our customers with good phone skills. We are a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Hours are Monday‑Friday 9‑5.
