Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in assisted living or long‑term care
CPR and First Aid certified
Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A sincere dedication to serving seniors
Key Responsibilities
Oversee resident health assessments and individualized service plans
Manage the medication program and ensure staff competency in medication administration
Provide training and education for care staff; coordinate outside training as needed
Participate in resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
Maintain communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and other specialists for holistic resident care
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Monday‑Friday schedule with 24‑hour on‑call support.
