Responsibilities
Coordinated end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time vessel departures.
Managed bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with carrier and customer requirements.
Prepared and provided required shipping documentation to support customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipper’s export declarations.
Coordinated international cargo movements for clients by managing documentation flow and shipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in ocean import operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
Ability to coordinate end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time vessel departures.
Experience managing bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with carrier and customer requirements.
Ability to prepare and provide required shipping documentation to support customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipper’s export declarations.
Experience coordinating international cargo movements by managing documentation flow and shipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.
English and Korean bilingual preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Pay The base salary range for this role is between $60,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
