Responsibilities

The Florida State University College of Law is seeking a Marketing & Enrollment Manager to manage and coordinate recruitment and networking activities as it relates to executive education for the Stoops Center of Law and Business.

This role represents the Stoops Center of Law and Business for recruitment and networking purposes to include but not limited to conferences, trade shows, tabling events, and other in-person experiences. This position requires extensive travel.

Assist in developing and maintaining external partnerships to attain departmental goals and objectives.

Responsible for the management and implementation of program goals, objectives, and staffing, and interpreting University and functional policies to ensure regulatory compliance with policies and procedures.

In consultation with the Executive Director of the Stoops Center of Law and Business, develop targeted promotional content for the recruitment of prospective and enrolled participants of the Stoops Center of Law and Business.

Disseminates recruitment messaging through in-person delivery, virtual, print outlets, and social media. Sends post-event correspondence to prospective students utilizing communication systems such as e-mail and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsible for processing executive education course and certification inquiries and enrollments for the Stoops Center of Law and Business.

Compile and analyze data reports on enrollment and completion of courses and certifications. Create quarterly reports on the effectiveness of the targeted recruitment through CRM. Provide beneficial feedback by analyzing pathways to enrollment and formulating plan of recruitment based on statistical data from enrollment.

Provide routine administrative and clerical support.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience related to academic and/or student services; or a high school diploma/equivalent and eight years of related experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles and practices to strategically align tasks and people with organizational goals and objectives.

Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures.

Knowledge of principles and practices of academic program planning, development, and evaluation.
