
Account Executive - Moving & Storage
Job Type: Full‑time; Hybrid
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers at target accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
Negotiate terms of contracts to secure long‑term business contracts.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics, utilizing CRM to enable trackability and efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ideally 5‑7 years of proven success in B2B sales.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision‑makers.
Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience managing complex projects, ideally within commercial relocation, facilities management, construction, or related fields.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
