Job Title: Service Desk Support Specialist Job location: Miami FL (5 Days Onsite) Responsibilities
Monitor and manage a ticket queue, prioritize support tickets based on urgency Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues Troubleshoot iOS, Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft O365 Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company Troubleshoot Printer issues AV or Asset management is also very helpful Troubleshooting hardware on laptops, imaging, 0365 TS, internet and connection issues, etc. Ensure all issues are properly logged and detailed notes for each incident or request Assist users Onsite including but not limited to imaging laptops, workstation setups, and desktop support Assist with Zoom Conference Rooms issues or setups Troubleshoot VPN issues Manage additions, removals, and changes into Asset Management system for our IT assets
