We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and develop long-term customer relationships across the manufacturing sector.

5+ years of successful experience in manufacturing sales with a proven track record of revenue growth
Willingness to travel nationwide 25–35% of the time
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and expand key accounts
Identify and pursue new OEM and Tier 1 opportunities in automotive and industrial markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and leadership stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements with casting and manufacturing capabilities
Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and drive growth initiatives aligned with company objectives
