Responsibilities
You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone. You wont be alone; we will coach you.
We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.
You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance training.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Document each customer contact
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for clients policies.
Requirements
MUST HAVE PRIOR ALLSTATE EXPERIENCE
PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
