Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, present sales, and close sales.
Build ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and other partners.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain the referral program.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
Generate insurance quotes.
Call prospective customers using VOIP telephones, automatic dialers, and other internet technologies.
Maintain phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Qualifications
Genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency in multi‑tasking, follow‑thru, and follow‑up.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.

Compensation Salary: $78,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
Work Details Weekly days: Monday to Friday; weekends as needed
Work setting: Office (in person)
Experience required: Sales – 2 years
Relocation requirement: Must relocate to North Palm Beach, FL 33408 before starting work
Work location: In person
