The Regional Marketing Liaison (RML) – Daybue is a senior, in‑market role within the US Commercial organization, focused on strategic engagement with key opinion leaders to uncover regional insights and shape local market strategy. This role serves as a critical bridge between field and headquarters, leading speaker development, delivering disease‑state (and product) education, and supporting approved educational program execution. The RML collaborates cross‑functionally with field teams and home‑office partners across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to drive impactful, compliant engagement. This position reports to the Director, Daybue Regional Marketing and is part of the US Daybue HCP Marketing team. Primary Responsibilities

Drive brand advocacy

Develop deep clinical and commercial knowledge of the Rett market; understand the treatment and market dynamic in specific regions. Drive results in key areas, including KOL relationship management, refining our approach to insights collection/reporting and advocacy development, speaker identification, training and management, and regional marketing efforts. Execute physician engagement activities in the field and at key congresses. Execute key market development plans/tactics for pending indications/approvals. Engage with national and regional thought leaders to impact education and drive brand advocacy of Acadia product offerings; work with regional teams to identify and cultivate emerging KOLs across different specialties. Serve as commercial liaison on thought leader engagement across departments including ELT, Sales, Medical Affairs/MSL, and Marketing.

Regional Marketing

Work with cross‑functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution. Develop and execute region‑specific tactics tailored to regional needs/objectives; develop novel marketing solutions to address regional customer needs. Manage marketing projects and budgets associated with any regional key customer activities. Interpret and translate scientific clinical data and market research insights into commercial TL strategy aligned to Daybue Brand strategy. Provide field‑based training for sales, when needed. Balance customer‑facing time and manage marketing projects. Execute account coordination with all matrix partners, monitoring account‑level execution, identifying gaps, and driving coordination.

Peer to Peer Program Management

Create appropriate branded and unbranded speaker program content. Develop physician speakers to provide high‑quality speaker programs on disease state and product, when appropriate. Provide refresher and follow‑up training to speakers on approved speaker materials. Ensure appropriate and compliant execution of speaker programs. Monitor speaker performance at live programs. Provide field‑based training to speakers on speaker programs when needed.

HCP Congresses Planning & Execution

Lead planning and execution of Acadia’s presence at assigned national and regional HCP conferences and scientific meetings in collaboration with home office marketing. Identify novel opportunities to partner with national and regional professional HCP associations to drive disease and product education. Formalize meetings (live, virtual, congress) with senior leadership and KOLs.

Insight Generation

Identify/m­onitor regional clinical dynamics by leading regional advisory board strategy and execution; facilitate cross‑pollination of best practices and highlight emerging issues to find solutions. Generate insights through use of secondary data, market research, and analytics and translate these into external expert strategy and tactical plan development. Work with related internal functions (Market Research, Medical, New Product Planning, etc.) to facilitate/share insights for in‑line product(s) and pipeline assets. Ensure that all Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes are followed and all programs are compliant with legal guidance and corporate policies. Measure impact of TL marketing activities continuously and adjust course where appropriate.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health‑care, business administration or equivalent combination of education/experience. Strong biopharmaceutical experience in sales, sales training, thought‑leader liaison or marketing roles. Minimum 8 years’ experience in neurology; rare disease and pediatric neurology experience strongly preferred. Skills

Scientific and clinical acumen; ability to engage with national KOLs on key topics. Vendor/budget management, executive presence, influence without authority, organizational and planning skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Negotiating skills, especially with business partners and senior leaders. Experience with thought‑leader engagement, advisory boards and speaker’s bureau. Experience working with agency partners and managing resources through medical/legal/compliance review. Business acumen; understanding of market dynamics, business drivers and corporate goals. Self‑driven with strong organizational abilities; determine effective approaches and take appropriate action. Experience collaborating with key internal functions around market development (new product planning, market research, etc.). Business travel by air or car regularly required; willingness to work evenings/select weekends. Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear in a standard office environment and independently from remote locations. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel by car or airplane independently overnight up to 60% of the time and work after hours if required by travel schedule or business issues. Compensation

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location. Salary Range
