
Develop and execute marketing and business development plans, including budgets, aligned with firmwide strategy
Advise practice group leadership on targeted marketing approaches informed by practice-specific knowledge and industry trends
Track legal and market developments to identify client, growth, and cross-selling opportunities
Manage marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and budget adherence
Draft, update, and maintain marketing content, including attorney bios, practice descriptions, website content, and tailored pitch materials
Conduct client, industry, and competitive research to support business development and strategic planning
Build relationships within key industry networks and partnerships to enhance market presence
Partner with the Awards & Recognition team on directory submissions and rankings, including Chambers & Partners
Plan and support client events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements
Collaborate across the Marketing Department to share insights, coordinate efforts, and support firmwide initiatives
About You
Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of five years of marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
Knowledge of Investigations and White Collar Defense practices preferred; direct experience is a plus
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, research, competitive intelligence, and pitch/RFP development
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines
Strong business judgment and client-focused approach to identifying and advancing strategic opportunities
Highly organized, motivated, adaptable, and accountable, with a commitment to responsiveness and high-quality work
