We are seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented

Digital Content & Social Media Manager

to manage and maintain our

WordPress website

and oversee all

social media channels . This dual-role position requires both technical proficiency with web content management and strategic thinking in social media marketing to drive engagement, traffic, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities

Website Management (WordPress):

Manage all content on the WordPress site, including blogs, product pages, landing pages, and SEO updates. Coordinate website updates and ensure functionality, responsiveness, and user experience best practices. Collaborate with designers or developers for any custom changes or troubleshooting. Implement on-page SEO strategies and maintain up-to-date metadata and structured content. Monitor website analytics to optimize content performance and user experience. Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, captions) aligned with brand voice and marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations. Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community presence. Qualifications

Proven experience managing WordPress websites (2+ years). Demonstrated success in growing and managing social media accounts for a brand. Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for design and visual storytelling. Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools. Proficient in tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Copywriting and proofreading experience is a plus.
