
Early-Career; Associate Sales Representative

This organization delivers mission-critical respiratory and emergency care solutions used in hospitals, medical education institutions, and frontline healthcare settings. While global in scale, they are known for a people-first culture, strong internal promotion, and hands-on development. We are specifically looking for driven, coachable professionals who want to grow into high-performing Territory Managers. The ASR is an early-career sales professional embedded in high-performing territories as part of a structured 24-month development program leading to a Territory Manager role. Year 1: Partner with senior Territory Managers to support strategic sales initiatives, build customer relationships, and learn territory management Year 2: Manage a portion of the territory with an individual quota, continuing to receive mentorship and training to ensure success This role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to best-in-class sales methodologies, with the opportunity to apply learning directly in the field. Key Responsibilities
Support and grow business within your assigned territory segment Build relationships with customers and channel partners in the field Learn and execute effective territory planning, call strategies, and CRM usage Promote innovative medical device and platform solutions Translate training and coaching into tangible sales outcomes Collaborate closely with senior team members and internal stakeholders Track activity, pipeline, and progress against agreed goals Utilize digital tools to manage accounts and opportunities efficiently What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of commercial, sales, or customer-facing experience Strong desire to build a long-term career in medical device sales Highly coachable, adaptable, and motivated to learn from experienced leaders Comfortable being on the road most days (limited overnight travel) Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills A proactive, “hungry” mindset with the drive to turn learning into results Benefits & Rewards
