Overview SALES ENABLEMENT & TRAINING MANAGER - NYC/TAMPA/SAN FRANCISCO

Requirements

4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training or sales ops at a SaaS company

Experience onboarding and training a large number of new reps (500+ person sales floor)

At least 1+ unique spike in any area (e.g., building urgency, surfacing specific patterns and trends in data, stepping back from SDR to AE as a passion spike)

Experience with multi-product messaging or value-based selling and knowledge of multiple sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, and Challenger

Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Ramp:

Design and run a repeatable onboarding program for SDRs and AEs, managers (main focus, including 30/60/90 plans, checklists, and milestone-based ramp expectations). Build and maintain role-based certifications (discovery, demo, objection handling, competitive positioning, pricing, proposals).

Training & Coaching:

Create and run a weekly enablement cadence (live trainings, workshops, office hours, deal reviews). Develop and manage call coaching programs, including scorecards, feedback loops, and talk tracks. Partner with sales managers to diagnose performance gaps and deliver targeted improvement plans at both the rep and team level.

Content & Playbooks:

Own the sales enablement library: talk tracks, battlecards, discovery guides, demo flows, objection handling frameworks, email/call templates, and mutual action plans. Maintain a clean, searchable source of truth across WorkRamp and Google Drive. Ensure sales messaging stays aligned with product updates, pricing changes, and competitive shifts
