Staffing division , where you will learn the fundamentals of recruiting, client delivery, and revenue generation. From there, high performers have

multiple upward paths —either advancing within our

Staffing vertical

or transitioning into our

Consulting vertical , based on performance, interest, and business needs.

The Role As an Entry Level Associate Account Manager (Technical Recruiter), you will be trained on:

Technical recruiting and candidate engagement

Client delivery and account support

Sales fundamentals and business development

How ALINED operates across both

Staffing and Consulting

This role is designed to prepare you for promotion into:

Consulting Account Manager / Consulting Sales

Most top performers are promoted within

~6 months .

Responsibilities

Learn and execute ALINED’s recruiting, delivery, and client engagement processes

Source, screen, and engage technical consultants and candidates

Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placements for client engagements

Support account teams while learning how to generate and manage business

Begin building relationships with hiring managers, directors, and executives

Represent the ALINED brand through professionalism, urgency, and follow-through

Collaborate daily with teammates and leadership to hit individual and company goals

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required)

Strong communication skills and comfort driving conversations

Competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office, team environment

Interest in

recruiting, sales, and account management

Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills

Coachable attitude with ambition to grow quickly

Weekly base salary

plus

uncapped commission
