As we expand nationally through franchising and corporate-owned facilities, we’re seeking motivated and energetic Entry Level Recruiters to help continue that growth. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the company’s expansion with the help of the recruiting and marketing team.
Position Overview This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with some sales or recruiting experience. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding real estate agents and sourcing prospective franchisees across the U.S., participating in the full sales cycle, and guiding candidates through the discovery process.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively utilize our software, marketing, and platforms to generate candidate leads
Present the Prospect Equities agent opportunities to qualified candidates
Maintain and track your pipeline through our ATS and CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams supporting agent onboarding and franchisee sourcing
Represent our Brand through virtual meetings, webinars, and real estate industry events
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
This is a fully on-site position requiring weekday work at our Chicago headquarter
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline and work independently
Experience with CRM and ATS systems is preferred
Experience in a real estate environment is preferred
Comfortable collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely follow-through
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Compensation
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Bonus plan based on recruitment KPI’s
No cap on performance-based earnings
