Business Development Representative (Tech - Insurance)

What You’ll Do
Drive new business:
Build and grow a pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic referrals. Be a trusted partner:
Uncover client needs, analyze multiple solutions, and guide them through critical decisions. Retain and grow accounts:
Provide best-in-class support to earn renewals, referrals, and long-term loyalty. Master your process:
Manage your funnel, forecast in Salesforce, and continuously refine your sales approach. Why You’ll Love It

First-year OTE of $90K–$120K (base + uncapped commission) + $10K sign-on bonus. Compounding income:
