Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid | West Palm Beach, FL)

A well-established technology and media organization based in West Palm Beach is looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to its growing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and translating performance data into actionable insights that drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Manage audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to improve key metrics including CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, and overall lead quality

Build, monitor, and refine search, display, and retargeting campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy testing, and Quality Score optimization

Leverage SEMrush for SEO research, competitive insights, and keyword analysis to inform content and landing page strategies

Partner with marketing and product teams to optimize landing pages and funnels through A/B testing, UX enhancements, and messaging improvements

Analyze and report campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools

Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations

Collaborate closely with Sales, content, and design teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and revenue growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation

Proven experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns aimed at consumer audiences

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking

Highly analytical with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights

Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels and landing pages

Preferred

Background in marketing data, analytics, SaaS, or consulting-based offerings

Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and retargeting strategies

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and attribution models

Strong copywriting, messaging, and experimentation capabilities
