IAM Business Analyst (IGA Focus)

We are seeking an IAM Business Analyst with a strong focus on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to support access certification and regulatory initiatives within our cybersecurity program. This role sits at the intersection of business, security, and technology—ideal for someone who understands IAM concepts but will not do any hands-on coding. You’ll work closely with technical teams, GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) partners, and global stakeholders to support access certification campaigns, gather requirements, and ensure regulatory alignment. Responsibilities

Support access certification and access governance initiatives across the organization. Gather and translate business and regulatory requirements into clear documentation for technical teams. Partner with IAM engineers and developers on implementation, follow-ups, and enhancements. Help organize and manage access certification campaigns, including coordination, tracking, and reporting. Work closely with GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Facilitate communication across a 15–20 person IAM/Cybersecurity team. Participate in global collaboration, including occasional weekly meetings with teams overseas. Required Qualifications

BA/BSA experience in IAM, with a emphasis on IGA / Access Certification Prior experience supporting or managing access certification reviews is highly preferred Solid understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., access reviews, entitlements, governance) Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
