This role reports to the SW Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and supports the Digital Marketing team within the Trulieve Marketing Department. The position is responsible for planning and executing omni‑channel CRM initiatives across email, SMS, push and mobile app messaging. Core responsibilities include managing promotional CRM campaigns, optimizing segmentation strategies, and building targeted customer audiences to support retention and engagement initiatives. This role will also develop and refine customer personas, design and execute end‑to‑end customer journeys, and leverage CRM insights to drive personalized messaging. Additional duties include coordinating localized communications, supporting product‑relevant targeting strategies, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross‑functional and vendor partners daily. Responsibilities
Weekly reporting of all marketing messaging and campaign performance. Execute daily branded messaging from our Customer Data Platform via email and text message marketing. Oversee and assist with CRM segmented messaging. Ensure we are building a targeted fence for our markets. Customers based on purchasing behaviors, demographics, and psychographics. This position will oversee tasks assigned to a team that assists with building email and text campaigns in the CRM Working with teams to build email/texts strategies for communication plans Creating copy for subject lines, preview messages, and text messages. Tracking campaigns to identify wins or gaps in strategy Implementing and executing automations and workflows in the CRM Work alongside our web content team to ensure our corporate websitesContent Management System), eCommerce, and promotional banners are accurately reflecting the Marketing promo calendar. Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, IT, or similar. Digital Marketing experience– 2-3 years. Flexibility of hours – nights and weekends. Technology proficiency preferred (CRM/ESP). Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results. Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast‑paced growth environment. Work Schedule
40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
