
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager
to join our marketing team. This role will own and drive our
SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
strategy, ensuring Big Think Capital is highly visible across Google, Bing, and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
You will work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to update, edit, and optimize our website and content, while developing forward-looking strategies that increase organic traffic, AI visibility, and inbound lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Big Think Capital’s SEO and AI search (GEO) strategy
Optimize website architecture, on-page SEO, and technical SEO
Update, edit, and improve website content to increase rankings and AI visibility
Optimize content for AI-driven discovery and recommendations
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis
Collaborate with the marketing team on content, landing pages, and campaigns
Improve site performance, UX, schema markup, and crawlability
Track and report on rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI search visibility
Stay current on algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends
Recommend and implement authority-building and E-E-A-T strategies
Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience
Demonstrated understanding of
AI search / GEO concepts
Proven experience growing organic traffic and search visibility
Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and content SEO
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership of results
Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech
Experience optimizing SEO for lead generation
Familiarity with schema, E-E-A-T, and topical authority frameworks
