Role Summary

The Clinical Account Executive (CAE) will report to the Rare Disease Commercial Team at ANI. The role requires performance-driven individuals with strategic problem-solving skills and strong business acumen, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have sales experience in rare disease or in neurology, nephrology, or rheumatology, with a track record of market growth and drug launches in competitive spaces. The territory includes El Paso, TX and New Mexico. Responsibilities

Driving demand through clinical selling and education to referring and treating health care providers on Cortrophin Gel Build and execute territory strategy and account plans to drive physician/patient identification, market development, and brand awareness in Rheumatology, Nephrology, and/or Neurology Prioritize and manage resources and time to optimize access and development of high-potential accounts Create individual account plans for key accounts/physicians to maximize sales results Build and maintain physician relationships with pre-call planning, insights-based calls, and post-call analysis Collaborate with Cortrophin brand team and other functions (MSLs, Market Access, patient HUB, etc.) to ensure access and patient logistics Partner with key accounts/physicians to drive patient identification and retain customers through territory strategy Demonstrate high standards of integrity and compliance Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of demonstrated success in rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales Required: Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree in business or science preferred Preferred: Experience in Rheumatology, Nephrology, or Neurology Preferred: Product launch experience and knowledge of government and commercial payers Required: Understanding and experience with in-house patient support services Required: Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory pharmaceutical industry requirements Required: Experience leading and executing territory-level business planning Preferred: Understanding of patient services and specialty channel distribution Required: Ability to work evenings and weekends for physician/patient events (in person or virtual) Required: Ability to manage a multi-state territory with a diverse customer base (geography dependent) Required: Driver's license; overnight travel 40–60% depending on territory geography Education

Bachelor’s degree required Advanced degree in business or science preferred Additional Requirements
