Role Overview Senior Lead Generation Specialist (SEO and SEM Data + Automation Focus)
About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to perform SEO and LLM workflow executions and outcomes across our client base. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on implementing lead generation strategies and implementation using Wordpress, LLM automation tools, SEO Tools while following Google best practices.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys doing the work, takes pride in execution quality, and is excited to scale small businesses through process and automation over time.
Responsibilities
Execute Lead Generation strategies inside WordPress
Implement on-page and technical SEO using Rank Math/Yoast
Perform keyword research, mapping, and intent analysis
SEO quality, accuracy, and completion of monthly deliverables
Resolve technical SEO and LLM issues
Validate work using GA4, GSC, GBP, and Google AI Results
Prepare clear client-facing summaries
Support automation and efficiency initiatives using tools like SEMrush and n8n
Reduce manual SEO effort through automation
Additionally, you will:
Perform keyword research and SERP intent analysis to guide optimization priorities
Monitor Search Engine and LLM performance and provide clear, actionable reporting
Identify and address technical SEO issues impacting crawlability and visibility
Stay current with AI and SEO best practices and algorithm updates
Location : US-based, Iowa preferred, CST hours required
Requirements Required Qualifications
3+ years of SEO experience managing campaigns across Google, OpenAI, Bing and Others.
Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Experience with SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for performance measurement.
Ability to analyze data-driven insights and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads and Meta Certifications.
Experience with Zoho One, n8n, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or other digital marketing tools.
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation for manufacturing companies.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing to align PPC efforts with organic search strategies.
