Full-Time (Overtime Eligible) Position Summary

The Sales Project & Program Coordinator supports the department by tracking, investigating, and reporting on sales projects and programs. This role plays a key part in resolving order, inventory, and project-related issues while serving as a liaison between sales, customers, manufacturing, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions

Project & Program Management Manage production statuses across multiple manufacturing facilities. Initiate, track, organize, prioritize, and monitor multiple projects through development, production, and fulfillment. Develop and monitor project timelines and costs to ensure on-time delivery and anticipated profit margins. Monitor project costs and reporting for accuracy against projected margins. Resolve project and program issues by analyzing data, identifying solutions, and communicating with program managers and internal stakeholders. Communicate changes in project specifications and scheduling. Ensure smooth project flow through continuous communication with internal teams. Enter and maintain project data in departmental project management software. Develop, manage, and distribute project and departmental metrics and reports. Sales & Customer Support Create price proposals and assist with product development. Manage packaging development activities. Communicate daily with customers and manufacturing staff. Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, customers, and internal departments in the absence of sales or program managers. Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests and responding to inquiries. Use creative problem-solving to achieve sales and customer objectives. Assist with interactions and relationship management with external resources. Reporting & Analysis Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. Prepare and distribute monthly reports. Provide sales versus projection results through detailed sales tracking reports. Track sales expenses by consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expense data. Presentations & Meetings Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats, and creating materials. Attend meetings as requested, coming prepared and performing note-taking or action register maintenance. Lead requested meetings, including defining meeting purpose, creating agendas, managing attendees, and maintaining action registers. Administrative & Other Duties Maintain and update customer databases and profiles. Research, establish, and maintain production procedures and standards in collaboration with internal teams. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Strong proactive communication skills. Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities. Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience entering and maintaining data across various computer software systems. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings with customers and internal employees.
