Position Summary\nThis role supports the sales and production teams by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales projects and program information. The coordinator helps resolve issues, manages timelines, and ensures smooth communication between customers, manufacturing facilities, and internal departments.

Essential Job Functions

Create and assist with price proposals and packaging development

Communicate daily with customers and internal manufacturing staff

Consolidate, analyze, and distribute daily action summaries to management

Investigate and resolve order and inventory issues

Provide customers with product, promotion, and pricing information

Prepare and distribute sales tracking, projection, and monthly reports

Maintain customer profiles and project data in internal systems

Prepare sales presentations and reporting materials

Track and analyze sales expenses

Serve as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments

Attend and lead meetings, including agenda creation and action tracking

Develop and monitor project timelines and costs to ensure on-time delivery and profitability

Manage multiple projects from development through production and fulfillment

Communicate changes in project specifications and schedules

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow

Assist with product development and external resource coordination

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience entering and maintaining data across multiple software platforms

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

High attention to detail with the ability to multitask

Ability to present information clearly in one‑on‑one and small group settings
