
Retirement Plan Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client and advisor inquiries, requests, or concerns. Address all matters promptly and effectively, striving for timely resolution. Communicate with advisors, clients, and vendors as needed. Update pan information in Salesforce and other department records as needed. Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisors. Provide back up support for other Retirement Plan Account Managers. Perform other administrative duties as necessary. Essential Characteristics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent initiative, ability to learn quickly and work independently. Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Adaptive problem-solving skills to ensure excellent service and expedient business processing. Strong initiative to support team members with tasks and projects. This position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Education, Training & Experience
College degree preferred; must have High School diploma. Two or more years of experience in an office environment preferred. Working knowledge of retirement plans preferred. Computer Equipment and Software
Proficiency in the use of computer programs for: Microsoft Office Suite Databases Intranet Adobe Acrobat
Typing of at least 50 wpm Working Conditions
Business professional office environment Standard 40-hour work week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
