Job Summary Regional Sales Manager – Lead, Inspire, Elevate with La-Z-Boy! Are you ready to take your leadership and sales expertise to the next level? Are you a master at driving sales and delivering results? As a Regional Sales Manager (MSM) in the Wisconsin and Minnesota Markets of La-Z-Boy, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, shaping customer experiences, and fueling business success. With 9‑15 stores under your leadership and annual revenue ranging from $25‑55 million, you’ll steer your region toward record‑breaking success. Your ability to inspire, strategize, and execute will be the key to achieving sales excellence, team growth, and superior customer engagement.

Job Description

Routinely visits stores within the market to review store standards, metrics, and evaluate store personnel.

Involved in all hiring and firing within the market; the MSM interviews all management‑level store personnel.

Acts as the point person for driving company initiatives within the market and helps develop strategies to address opportunities within the market.

Holds meetings and calls to evaluate and drive core company sales metrics; works with store teams to coach on improvement.

Responsible for the P&L performance for all stores in the market; coaches for improvement.

Works with store teams on the company sales process and product knowledge; helps train on different programs within the store.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts or Business Administration with 8‑10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.

5+ years supervisory/leadership experience.

Up to 80% travel.

Preferred Requirements

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with cross‑functional teams.

Proven analytical ability using information technologies to manage business and translate into strategic plans.

Proven history of managing a team, improving team performance and productivity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for directing 10‑15 other employees’ daily work activities and to undertake hiring, termination, corrective action and performance reviews.

Physical Demands/Work Environment Office environment; no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.

Base Compensation Range $128,100 – $198,950

Weekly Hours 40

Benefits For Employees In The US Medical, Vision, Dental and Basic Life Insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with company match of up to 6%; 9‑11 paid holidays; two weeks’ prorated vacation as a new hire; personal time or state mandated sick time.
